What we’ll be Serving:
1. Swift Sausages (Mititei aka Mici): Our star attraction is the Traditional Swift Sausage, also known as Mititei or Mici. These skinless beef and lamb sausages are grilled to perfection and served with a zesty mustard sauce. The savory blend of spices and juicy meat will transport you straight to the heart of Eastern Europe.
2. Baklava: For those with a sweet tooth, our Baklava is a must-try. Made with layers of delicate phyllo pastry, it’s generously filled with chopped nuts and drenched in golden honey. Each bite is a harmonious symphony of textures and flavors.
3. Sarmale: Savor the unique taste of Sarmale, a beloved Romanian dish. These pickled and stuffed cabbage rolls are a culinary masterpiece. Each roll is filled with a savory mixture and served with a dollop of sour cream. It’s comfort food at its finest.
